Dennis G. Hoffman, 68, of Berrysburg died Friday, March 18 at home.
He was born on April 15, 1947 in Harrisburg the son of the late Thomas O. and Jean M. (Hoffman) Enders. He was the husband of Bonita L. (Starr) Hoffman.
Dennis was a veteran of the US Army and was awarded a National Defense Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with three Bronze Stars, Combat Infantryman Badge, Republic of Vietnam Cam- paign Medal, and the Purple Heart with two Bronze Oak Leaf Clusters.
He worked at Bethlehem Steel, TRW, Agway and then retired from Alvord Polk.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his daughter Tra- ci and her husband Todd Wiest of Berrysburg, Trisha and her husband Herb Mauser of Berrysburg, Tandee and her husband Robert Stoneroad of Berrysburg, grandchildren
Dakotah Wiest, Ethan and Evan Mauser, Brock, Addalynn, Tyler & Kady Stoneroad.
He is also survived by his brothers Galen and his wife Brenda Enders, Robert and his wife Becky Enders, and sis- ter Polly and her husband Larry Gross of Halifax.
He was preceded in death by a granddaughter Alexis Mauser, and a brother Jeff Enders.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 24 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Hoover-Boyer Funeral Homes, Inc., Eliz- abethville. Funeral Services will begin at 11 a.m. Burial with military honors will follow at Union Cemetery, Pillow.
