MCALLISTERVILLE - Katie Schwenk notched a double-double, scoring 13 and ripping down 16 boards, as the Trojans edged the Tigers in a Tri-Valley League game.
McKenzie Miller also scored nine and added 11 rebounds for Upper Dauphin.

ORWIGSBURG - Becky Evans scored 18 points as the Cardinals opened the Division I schedule with a victory over Blue Mountain.
Abby Fanelli led Blue Mountain with 12 points.

TOWER CITY - Tara Nahodil led all scorers with 18 points as the Dawgs broke out to a 35-8 lead in the first quarter on the way to a December 18 win over the Vikings in a Division II game.
Juli Weber tallied 10 points for Tri-Valley, while Cassidy Pinchorski paced Williams Valley with six.

LANCASTER - Taylor Brown scored 11 points and the Trojans used a big third quarter to top the Cougars in a non-league game.
Katie Schwenk scored nine points and McKenzie Miller added seven.

MILLERSTOWN - Madison Lagerman scored 12 points, and Colleen Troutman added 10, leading Line Mountain to a 43-36 Tri-Valley League girls basketball victory over Greenwood and snapping a four-game losing streak for the Eagles.
Madilyn Reed and Sara Lahr helped out with nine and eight points, respectively, for Line Mountain. Emily Fisher scored 12 for the Wildcats.
