Tri-Valley Youth Soccer announces registration for 2013 fall season

VALLEY VIEW - Tri-Valley Youth Soccer Club (TVYSC) will be holding registration for the fall 2013 season on Friday, May 17 from 5-7 p.m. and Saturday, May 18, from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. at St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, 1382 Main Street, Valley View. Other important information is as follows:

Boys and Girls 4-14 years old are eligible to play.

(*Child must have turned 4-years-old prior to July 1, 2013 - no exceptions*)

Registration Fee: $40/first player; $20 for each additional player in the same household

After May 31, 2013 there is an additional $25/child for late registration - no exceptions.

Please bring the following with you to registration:

1. Your child's medical insurance information.

2. A copy of his/her birth certificate. (The club will be keeping copies on file).

3. A current picture (no bigger than wallet size; school pictures are fine). If you do not have one, we can take one at registration for county required player passes.

Uniforms: All players new to U9, and any player on U11 and U13 teams that did not play last year must be present at registration to be fitted for a uniform. Cost for the uniform is $23.00 - includes jersey, shorts and socks. If you are a returning player who purchased a uniform last year, no new uniform is required. Replacement jerseys, shorts and/or socks are able to be ordered. Pricing for replacement jerseys will be available at registration.

Registration fee and uniform fees are required at registration along with parent or guardian's signature. Cash or checks made payable to "TVYSC" will be accepted.
