Thomas Lee Bray, 64 of Dalmatia, died Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013 at his home.

He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, June (Lenker) Bray; the couple married December 7, 1973.

Born Monday, December 13, 1948 at his home in Trevorton, he was a son of the late William Thomas Bray and Mercie Mae (Snyder) Bray. He graduated from the Trevorton High School in 1966. He retired from Penn Dot in 2003, after 32 years of service, where he was employed as a heavy equipment operator.

He was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed Penn State football and wrestling and the Phillies.

Also surviving are one daughter, Melissa Jo and her husband Chris Harold Lenker; one grandson, Tyler Lee Lenker, who meant the world to him; two sisters, Shirley Foulds and her husband William and Beverly Lahr; one brother, Robert Bray and his wife Ginny; as well as many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, an infant Gary Bray and William (Nip) Bray.

A viewing and funeral was held on Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013 at Salem Church, 11 Church Rd., Klingerstown, with Rev. Mark Rothermel officiating. Interment was in Salem Cemetery.
