Sevilla E. 'Doll' Stine

Sevilla E. "Doll" Stine, 84, of Pine Grove, died Sunday, April 7, 2013 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon.

Born in Roedersville, Nov. 13, 1928, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Beulah Hubler Reichert.

She was a graduate of Roedersville Country School.

Doll was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Ravine, where she served as an elder on the church council.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl "Corky" Stine, on March 15, 1992; a son, Rick D. Stine; a sister, Orzaba Wolfe; four brothers, Garfield G., Charles, Morris and John Reichert.

Surviving are three daughters, Sharon, wife of Pete Rittenbaugh, Karen, widow of Carl Bohr, both of Pine Grove, Trudy, wife of Kevin Irving, Greensboro, N.C.; 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Emily Hoover, Irene Kimmel and Alice Kimmel, all of Pine Grove; and a daughter-in-law, Emma Stine, Greensboro.

Services were held Thursday, April 11 at H.L. Snyder Funeral Home Inc., Pine Grove, with the Rev. J. William Schiller and Pastor Craig Kramer officiating. Interment was in St. John's Reformed Cemetery, Friedensburg. The family would prefer, in lieu of flowers, contributions be made in her memory to the Operation Hugs & Kisses, 208 Long Stretch Road, Pine Grove, PA 17963.
