Scott R. King, age 35, died Sunday, May 20, at home in Lykens.

He was born June 17, 1976 in Harrisburg and was a 1995 graduate of Upper Dauphin Area High School, Elizabethville. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and was a fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, Philadelphia Phillies and NASCAR Racing.

Scott is survived by his father, Robert A. Rickert and his wife, Sally; his mother, Beverly Weida and her husband, Walter; maternal grandmother, Eva King, all of Lykens; numerous aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, John King; paternal grandparents: Harry and Georgina "Neen" Rickert.

Memorial Services were held Friday, May 25, at Calvary United Methodist Church, 519 Pottsville St., Wiconisco, with Pastor Annette Shutt and Pastor Robert Straub officiating.

John R. Shultz Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
