Sammuel I. Stoltzfus, 64, of 417 Yuts Road, Gratz, died Sunday, Jan. 3, at his residence.
Sammuel was born in East Lampeter Twp. on September 1, 1945, the son of the late Sylvan F. and Mima Z. ( Stoltzfus) Stoltzfus.
He was employed as a woodworker.
Sammuel is survived by his wife, Sylvia; three daughters, Elsie, wife of Sam Kauffman, Spring Glen; Mima, wife of Omar King of Millersburg; Amanda, wife of Steven Fisher of Elizabethville; five sons, Gideon, husband of Sylvia Stoltzfus of Millersburg; Samuel, husband of Becky Soltzfus of Gratz; Sylvan, husband of Susie Stoltzfus of Lykens; Joel, husband of Martha Stoltzfus of Millersburg; Melvin, husband of Ada Stoltzfus of Elizabethville; two sisters, Salome Beiler of Narvan; Elizabeth Petersheim; six brothers, John Stoltzfus of Quarryville, Chester Stoltzfus of Elizabethville, Sylvan Sotltzfus of Sacramento, Amos Stoltzfus of Millersburg, and Joel Stoltzfus of Gordonville.
He is also survived by 39 grandchildren.
Religious services were held Tuesday, Jan. 5. Interment was in Fishers Cemetery, Lykens. James A. Reed Funeral Home, Pillow, handled arrangements.
