Mary A. Cunningham, 73, of West Broad Street, Elizabethville, died May 12, 2013 at the Harrisburg Hospital.

She was born April 3, 1940, Brighton, MA, a daughter of the late James, and Mary (McHugh) Murphy.

She retired from the New Cumberland Army Depot.

She was a member of Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church, Lykens. She also was a member of the Parrish Council of Catholic Women.

Survivors include her husband, Ben W. Cunningham, at home, two sons, Ben W. Cunningham Jr., and his wife Lisa, Berrysburg, James M. Cunningham, and his wife, Annette, Mechanicsville, VA; Daughter, Diana M. Welker, and her husband, Craig, Lykens; six brothers, Andrew , FL; Neil , John, Michael, William, Joseph, all of MA; three sisters, Lorraine Vencile, Kathleen Greer, both of MA, and Frances Willaford, VA. ; three grandsons, Mark, Alex and Andrew; granddaughter, Sarah; Numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Maurice, Robert and James, Sister, Helen Cappello.

The family will receive friends at her church on Friday, May 17, 2013 from 9 to 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. with Father C. Anthony Miller officiating. Burial at Maple Grove Cemetery, Elizabethville.
