Mahala L. Kehler, 95, of Millersburg, died January 14, 2014, at her residence.
She was born in Rebuck on February 22, 1918, a daughter of the late Katie L. (Adams) Paul and the late Levi H. Paul.
Mahala was employed at Johnson Bailey Shoe Factory, Millersburg, until her retirement.
She was the wife of the late Raymond Kehler, who proceeded her in death in 1983.
She was a member of Himmel's Church, Rebuck. Mahala enjoyed crocheting, working in her flower garden, quilting, and baking cookies for her grandchildren.
Mahala is survived by two daughters, Diane Wiest, Louise and husband Rev. Raymond Brown; two sons, Gene and wife Doris Kehler, William and wife Carol Kehler; three sisters, Florence Snyder, Corrine Gaul, Lena Mattern; eleven grandchildren, seventeen great- grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; five brothers, Adam, Mark, Guy, Lawrence, and Hilbert Paul; and four sisters, Viola Drumheller, Marie Falck, Muriel Inkrote, and Marvianna Snyder.
Services were held January 18, at Himmel's Church, Rebuck, with the Rev. Jane Compton officiating. Interment was in Himmel's Church Cemetery.
