Kenneth F. Klinger, 70, of Orwin, died Friday, Dec. 30, at the Lebanon VA Medical Center.
Ken was born August 27, 1941, a son of the late John and Alverta Nelson Klinger.
He was a 1959 graduate of the former Porter Tower High School. He was an Army Veteran. He previously worked for TRW; retired from AMP Inc, and recently retired in September from Wegmans Distribution Center.
Ken was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing. He was a member of the N.R.A. He also enjoyed playing darts. He was an accomplished ballroom dancer with Arthur Murray School of Dance, Lemoyne.
He was pre-deceased by his wife, Judith I. Ritzman Klinger, 2008 and a sister Violet Kohr.
Surviving are his Godson, Kenneth Stover and his wife Mandy and their son, Remington, Salisbury NC; a sister, Alma E. Updegrove; a niece, Debra Fadness, and a great niece, Danielle Fadness all of Rome, NY.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Jan. 3 from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Homes, Inc. Tower City with Rev. Edward Gobrecht officiating. Burial with military honors was held Thursday, Jan. 5, at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
