Kaitlyn Marie Zook, of Spring Glenn. died Friday, July 16, at Hershey Medical Center, Derry Twp, Dauphin County.
Kaitlyn was born in Lewisburg, Pa on July 11, 2010, the daughter of Christian and Mary Zook.
Kaitlyn is survived by her parents Christian and Mary Zook of Spring Glenn, maternal grandparents, David and Barbara Zook of Spring Glenn, PA, Paternal grandparents Christian and Sarah Zook of Kinser, and by a maternal great grandmother, Emma King of Gordenville, PA. Kaitlyn is also survived by two sisters, Linda and Malena Zook of Spring Glenn.
Religious Services were held at her home on Saturday, July 17. Interment was at Spring Glen Cemetery.
