JoAnn D. Tobin, 75, of Colliery Avenue, Tower City, died Sunday, Nov. 4, at her home.

Born in Branchdale, December 1, 1936, she was a daughter of the late Gordon and Margaret Davidson Ossman.

JoAnn was a retired seamstress from the garment industry.

She was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church, Tower City.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and enjoyed cooking and baking. She could always be seen taking her daily walk.

In addition to her parents she was pre-deceased by her husband, Allen "Les" Tobin, May 3; a sister, Geraldine Bertasavage and a son-in-law, Andy Cook.

Surviving are her five children, Allen "Jim" Tobin and his wife Betsy; Randy Tobin and his wife Sharon, both of Tower City and Jeff Tobin and his wife Carolyn, Branchdale; two daughters, Debra Cook, Donaldson and Sherry Mae Moncavage and her husband Alan, Tower City; one sister, Mae Rabuck, Donaldson; nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren; niece and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to gather Friday, Nov. 9, at 10:15 a.m. at the Dimon Funeral Homes, Inc., Tower City for the procession to Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, where a graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. with Rev.
