Isaac O. "Ike" Miller, 83, of Williamstown, died Sunday, Oct. 20, 2013 at the Manor of the Susquehanna Village, Millersburg.

Born in Williamstown, October 21,1929, he was a son of the late Clarence and Eva Dietrich Miller.

Ike was a former police officer with the Williamstown Borough; he retired as the road supervisor with the borough.

He was a member of the Williamstown United Methodist Church; a social member of the Williamstown Legion and the VFW; a member of the Liberty Hose Co., Williamstown where he was active with fire police.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Fern Schaefer Miller; 2008 and a son, Richard "Kirk" Miller, 2002.

Surviving are two daughters, Lori L. Hartman and her husband Tim, Williamstown and Tena K. Maurer and her husband Mark, Hegins; eight grandchildren; Jenine, Loni, Laci, Jillian and Tori Hartman; Emma, Daxton and Ryken Maurer; five great grandchildren, Ainsley, Alden, Kenley, Charles and Mattea; one sister, Stella Wynn, Williamstown; one brother, Alfred "Fred" Miller, Washington State.

Funeral services were held Thursday, Oct. 24 from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Homes, Inc., Tower City with Pastor Monica Romberger officiating. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery, Williamstown. To sign the guestbook visit www.dimonfuneralhome.com.
