share thisHenry C. Miller, 68, of Short Lane, Pine Grove, died Tuesday, Feb. 2, at home.
Born in Pottsville, Oct. 24, 1941, he was a son of the late Edward H. and Emma I. Neidlinger Miller.
He was a 1959 graduate of Pine Grove Area High School.
He was a member of Jacob’s Lutheran Church, Pine Grove.
Henry was employed as a knitting mill worker. He last worked for and retired from Guilford Mills, Pine Grove.
He was a member of the NRA.
He was preceded in death by a son, Henry Miller.
Surviving are his wife of 49 years, Beverly “Joan” Miller, Pine Grove; two sons, George Miller, Philadelphia, and Robert Miller, Pine Grove; a daughter, Brenda Felty, Pine Grove; three grandchildren, Amanda Felty, Florida, Grant Miller and Linda Miller, both of Philadelphia; two great-grandchildren; and a brother, Charles Miller, Bethlehem.
Services were held Friday, Feb. 5, from H.L. Snyder Funeral Home Inc., Pine Grove, with the Rev. Frederick Fisher officiating.
Interment was in Jacob’s Lutheran Cemetery, Pine Grove.
The family would prefer contributions be made to the American Cancer Society , 16 N. Fourth St., Minersville, PA 17954, in his memory.
