Glenn J. Jones, 66, of Broad Street, Williamstown, died Friday, Aug. 23, 2013 at the Lebanon VA Medical Center, with his family at his side.

Born in Newburgh, NY, August 19, 1947, he was a son of the late Walter and Anna Binkley Jones.

Glenn proudly served his country with the Army during the Vietnam War.

He was a retired truck driver with over 22 years of service with Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc.

He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Williamstown and the Williamstown American Legion.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Glenn Jr., 1994 and a brother Rodney, 2002.

Surviving are his wife of 43 years, Brenda Wolfgang Jones; one son, Derek Jones and his wife Karla, Williamstown; one granddaughter, Kassandra Jones, Williamstown; two brothers, Ronald Jones, New York; and James Jones, Halifax; nieces and nephews.

Services were held Tuesday, Aug. 27 from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Homes, Inc., Tower City, with Rev. Kathleen Kuehl officiating. Burial with full military honors was in Greenwood Cemetery.
