Ellen B. Brennan, 49, of Tremont, died Friday, Jan. 27, at the Hershey Medical Center.
Born in Pottsville, she was a daughter of Ann Mahoney Brennan, Tremont, and the late Joseph Brennan, who passed away in 1999.
Ellen was a 1980 graduate of Nativity BVM High School and the Pottsville School of Nursing. She was employed as a critical care nurse at Hershey Medical Center.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by two sisters, Ann Brennan, Severn, Md., and Mary Jane Brennan, Pottsville; two brothers, Thomas, Pottsville, and Joseph, Primrose; nieces and nephews; a great-niece.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, Feb. 1, in Most Blessed Trinity Church, Tremont. The Rev. Paul Rothermel officiated. Internment was in Calvary Cemetery, Hillside. Arrangements are by the Donald J. Butler Funeral Home, Minersville.
