share thisCarl E. Underkoffler, Sr. 83, of Muir, died Sunday, Jan. 31, at the Schuylkill Medical Center, Pottsville.
Born in Lykens June 30, 1926, he was a son of the late Claude and Ethel Houtz Underkoffler.
Carl was a W.W. II Army Veteran.
He retired from Reiff and Nestor Company, Lykens.
Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Grace Fesig Underkoffler. 2 Sons, David and his wife Debra Underkoffler, Muir and Carl Jr. and his wife Lecia Underkoffler, Williamstown. 1 Sister, Ethel Mae Shomper, Lykens. 5 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren.
Private services with military honors will be held at the convenience of the family from Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
